Job Description

The role of Manager Projects Procurement plays a vital part in driving change in the nuclear energy market in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale procurement projects and leading a team of 6 employees. This includes:

  • Leading procurement activities in assigned programs to ensure readiness, pre-pilot, pilot, and implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage nuclear projects.
  • Investigating, coordinating, and communicating project changes.
  • Negotiating pricing, delivery, terms, and conditions to meet financial, quality, and delivery requirements for complex and specialized materials.
  • Developing and implementing RFx processes.
  • Maintaining relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and our procurement policies and procedures.
  • Implementing best-cost country sourcing strategies, focusing on middle and eastern Europe.
  • Providing clear, effective, and innovative solutions to organizational requests.
  • Working towards digitalization and ensuring information is properly maintained in various tools.
