About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Procurement Specialist to lead our Source-to-Pay process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full Supply Chain Management process, from project initiation and supplier sourcing to procurement and contract execution.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timeline, procurement needs, specific requirements for goods, services or contractors, quality standards and other essential criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and optimal costs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement effective solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, and driving process improvements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP/Ariba, and other relevant software applications.

  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
