Senior Quality Assurance Manager

As a key player in the Green Transition, our team pioneers innovative software solutions that drive success.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality and Continuous Improvement function, overseeing a small team and leveraging the rest of the organization to drive results.
Job Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Define and implement the Global Process Governance (GPG) Quality and CI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customer interests, ensuring their voice is integrated throughout the value chain.
- Quality Management: Manage global quality management systems and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certification Maintenance: Oversee certification requirements for all units within the GPG scope.
- Process Performance: Establish process performance indicators and internal controls to ensure processes meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Analytics and Deviation Management: Continuously analyze process performance, address deviations, and manage them to closure.
- High-Profile Issue Resolution: Resolve high-profile customer non-conformities, protecting and strengthening customer trust through corrective and preventive actions.
- Role Modeling and Change Leadership: Act as a change agent, influencing senior managers and peers to implement quality strategies.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in software engineering or a similar analytical field, with extensive experience in developing industry-grade software, and expertise in software engineering, quality assurance, product management, or project management.
- Global Quality Management: Proven experience managing global quality management systems and leading software organizations through global certification processes.
- Certifications: Certification in related disciplines such as Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, quality auditing.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrated skills in running improvement events like RCAs, Lean Action Workouts, Kaizen, and change management events.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong ability to influence and inspire through personal leadership, effective communication, and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Safety, Integrity, and Quality: Prioritizing safety, integrity, and quality, inspiring others to do the same through demonstrated leadership.
