Customer Growth Specialist

Treyd is a rapidly growing fintech pioneer that helps businesses supercharge their growth with our pivotal offering: a sell first, pay suppliers later solution.
As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will directly contribute to accelerating this growth by ensuring Treyd maintains, increases, and develops existing customer relationships.
You will play a key role in proactively preventing customer churn by working closely with our Credit Team. Your primary responsibilities will include ownership of your book of business, engaging with diverse customers, and identifying opportunities to increase customers' usage of our services.
To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, customer-obsessed, and comfortable working with credit products. You should be able to clearly express ideas and engage in meaningful conversations with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of your book of business, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Ensuring customers stay with Treyd through securing active credit limits and facilitating orders.
- Identifying opportunities to increase customers' usage of our services or potential risks within accounts.
- Engaging with a diverse range of customers, each with unique credit needs, financial strengths, and purchasing behaviours.
