We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Lead to join our Enterprise team, driving accelerated growth and optimized core business with Wolt's largest restaurant chains.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive commercial efforts for our biggest multinational restaurant partners. You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that our most strategic partners receive the highest value and growth opportunities through our partnership.

Your key focus areas will include managing a high-performing team, developing enterprise sales strategies, and analyzing performance data to drive commercial excellence. You will also be expected to engage in business development conversations with C-level executives at leading multinational restaurant chains, balancing relationship management with data-driven insights to drive sales and account performance.

About the Job:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the Enterprise team to support their growth journey and achieve best-in-class commercial success with our partners.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with key Enterprise Restaurants merchants to position Wolt as a partner of choice for their omni-channel sales strategy.
  • Negotiation Support: Provide expert support and insights during negotiations to secure profitable growth and closer partnership.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to drive commercial and strategic discussions regarding enterprise partnerships on a day-to-day basis.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement local Enterprise strategies to accelerate Wolt's market penetration.
  • OKR Management: Identify, implement, and deliver on suitable OKRs for the Enterprise Team.
  • Expertise: Serve as the local go-to expert on any matter related to the Enterprise function.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient internal collaboration.
  • Function Development: Continuously develop the function and toolkit to secure continuous growth and profitability.
  • Performance Coaching: Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to help the team grow and develop in their roles.
  • Leadership Example: Lead by example, demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors.
