Vi söker en erfaren Site Manager som kan leda och driva på sajtens tillväxtresa i Södertälje. Du kommer att ha resultat- och personalansvar för siten samt vara huvudansvarig för styrning, utveckling och uppföljning av enheten.

Exempel på Ansvar
  • Resultat- och budgetansvar för site samt egna kunder.
  • Arbetsmiljö- och personalansvar.
  • Ansvar för planering, målsättning och riktlinjer som leder till att driva på sajtens tillväxt.
  • Identifiera lönsamma affärsmöjligheter och kontinuerligt genomföra kundbesök inom sitt geografiska område.
  • Följa upp resultat, KPI:er och analysera verksamheten samt rapportera vidare internt.
  • Identifiera utvecklingspotential och föreslå förbättringar för optimering av processer och struktur.
  • Följa upp handlingsplan samt coacha och utveckla teamet.
  • Stärka varumärket HydraSpecma i nära samarbete med resten av organisationen och att i alla lägen vara en god representant för bolaget.
Vi Söker

Vi söker dig med relevant utbildning eller erfarenhet som kan bedömas som likvärdig. Du har erfarenhet av försäljning och av att både skapa samt vidareutveckla affärer, gärna mot industrisegmentet. Du har även erfarenhet av att leda andra och leda verksamhet/affärsområde. Vi söker en driven person som får saker att hända. Du har förmåga att identifiera affärer, potential samt förbättrings- och utvecklingsområden. Du har även erfarenhet av implementering, att driva affärer, verksamhet och team. Som person är du utvecklingsorienterad, analytisk, och har god förmåga att se helheten i affären. Du är även kostnadsmedveten samt har god kunskap om affärssystem.
