About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team at Epiroc Rock Drills AB. As a key member of our Global Trade Compliance team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and transforming the way international trade operates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage export control laws and regulations to ensure compliance with ever-changing import and export laws.
  • Navigate international sanctions and optimize Free Trade Agreement utilization to minimize risks and maximize savings.
  • Oversee customs compliance and conduct trade compliance trainings, audits, and risk/maturity assessments.
  • Formulate corrective actions to address compliance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in global trade compliance, export control regulations, and customs management.
  • Proven track record of driving projects in an international environment and leveraging trade tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay informed about international trade compliance issues.
