Network Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Manager to lead our service delivery team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our network, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and performing our contracted service partners to ensure the coverage, capacity, and quality of our service networks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a network of service providers that deliver best-in-class service to our contracted fleet customers.
- Lead discussions and drive collaboration with our local Retail organization to align the capacity, capability, and composition of our network to meet the evolving requirements of the business.
- Ensure the operational effectiveness of our roadside assistance service as the primary local responsible.
- Manage service KPIs and execute audits to ensure the quality of service performed by our service network.
- Work closely with local fleet sales teams to ensure service coverage for existing and potential fleet customers.
- Support the fleet tender process by providing service allocations, SLAs, and field technical assessments for solutions installations.
- Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our service network through the utilization of our connected systems and tools.
- Provide regular trainings, internally and externally, to ensure the delivery of our connectivity KPIs.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a customer-facing role within a service environment, general management, and/or marketing experience.
- Proven track record in service and/or retail, operational organization with leadership role, matrix organization within an international company.
- Tire knowledge, tire dealer and fleet knowledge, TPMS knowledge, and telematics knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, service business experience and knowledge, agile with the ability to multi-task, team-player.
- Microsoft Office knowledge, SAP, and Business Analytics tools ideal (Tableau, Microsoft BI).
- Fluent in English and local market language(s), any other European language is an asset.
