About This Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with excellent performance in sponsor sales, media sales, B2B, or B2C sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Sales and contribute to the development of our sales team. You will also have access to our comprehensive training program, which includes sales training, leadership development, and professional networking opportunities.

  • Have 2+ years of experience with excellent performance in sponsor sales, media sales, B2B, or B2C sales.
  • Have EU work authorization.
  • Be fluent in both Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Be an excellent communicator, especially verbally.
  • Love building and nurturing relationships.
