About the Role
As a Strategic HR Advisor for HVDC Engineering, you will play a key role in supporting the business, collaborating with global teams, and driving business growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide support on HR policies and processes.
- Collaborate with the Global HR team to drive systems and process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong labor and key stakeholder relationships.
- Implement HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Communicate HR information to the organization through training and other means.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an HR-related field and experience working in a similar area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with others.
- Knowledge of the Swedish labor market, legislations, and policies, with negotiation skills and influence over others.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly, and anchor with stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexible, persistent, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
