Position Overview

In the role of Engineering Manager focusing on SAP EWM at H&M Group, you will oversee a team of up to 13 application engineers allocated across various delivery teams within our Center of Excellence. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that product teams possess the necessary skills by strategically managing resources. This position demands a genuine commitment to the development and advancement of team members, providing them with vision, security, and clarity throughout their professional journey. You will adeptly manage the demands of multiple stakeholders, handle high-pressure situations, and translate long-term objectives into actionable strategies, utilizing your ability to shift between detailed and broader perspectives.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience.
  • Prior experience working with SAP EWM resources.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing resource allocation budgets.
  • Ability to mentor others in a manner that fosters their professional growth and enhances their performance.
  • Familiarity with large enterprises, preferably from a similar sector with intricate backend systems.
