About the Role

In our production facility, you will be at the forefront of creating solutions that contribute to global health, particularly through our renowned wound care products. Your role will involve collaborating with a dedicated team to drive progress and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective project implementation and operational integration.
  • Manage the site’s project portfolio, including innovation and regulatory projects.
  • Develop short and long-term action plans in collaboration with various departments.
  • Act as the primary contact for all site initiatives, facilitating communication with external stakeholders.
  • Lead value creation and quality improvement activities.
  • Regularly update the organization on project developments and innovations.
  • Oversee budget preparation and resource allocation for material rationalization.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and other departments on project execution.

Who You Are

You are a motivated and ambitious individual with a strong background in project management. Your ability to navigate complex challenges and drive change is essential for success in this role. You possess excellent communication skills and a structured approach to managing projects, enabling you to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Experience in stakeholder management at various organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
