About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Multidisciplinary Experimentalist to join our dynamic R&D team at NKT. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing R&D initiatives and providing consultancy services in the field of Medium and High Voltage Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Spearhead technical projects and provide essential expertise to drive innovation and growth.
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and implement initiatives to improve operations and deliver value.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Define and improve measurement methods and predict electromagnetic phenomena to drive product development.
  • Experimental Design: Design and build electrical test circuits and perform experiments to validate hypotheses.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicate technical results effectively to stakeholders and contribute to the development of new monitoring solutions for quality control.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Master of Science or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, High Voltage Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in R&D or similar roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Material Science, and High-Voltage Technology.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communicator with the ability to create value for the business and customers.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in relevant simulation tools such as COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB, LabVIEW, PSpice, etc.
