As a Global Senior Accountant at TN Sweden, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial statements, as well as providing support to the CoE team with accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting for several Swedish entities, ensuring all financial accounting and reporting is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Financial reporting to group accounting for Head Office entities, ensuring reporting is done according to IFRS and Swedish GAAP.
  • Support the CoE for questions regarding Head Office entities of the group.
  • Preparation of the annual reports for the parent company together with the Consolidation team and finalize statutory reporting for four other Swedish entities of the group.
  • Highly involved in group projects as the Finance go-to person for the parent company.
  • Participating in the approval of supplier invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation and control function for applied VAT settings on invoices.
  • Manage tax return reporting for VAT and social cost monthly.
  • Income statement review and balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
  • Prepare tax returns monthly and yearly in collaboration with the Tax department.

What We're Looking For:

  • Accounting experience with multinational companies.
  • Experience in all processes during month-end closing.
  • Good knowledge within IFRS and Swedish GAAP (accounting).
  • Supporting the CoE team by providing assistance with accounting issues.
  • Be pragmatic, proactive, and take initiative within Group Finance.
  • Develop and document business processes and Finance routines to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles in systems and processes.
  • Strong communication skills and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues.
  • The ability to absorb and work under pressure to get the job done to high standards and to tight deadlines.
  • Challenges the status quo.
  • Experience from a publicly listed company is an advantage.
