We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Cross Border Talents project, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to Danish businesses on optimizing their online advertising campaigns using Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Advisor: Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to achieve outstanding results from their Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strategic Solutions Provider: Develop and implement tailored advice to strengthen relationships with clients and agencies, promoting additional Google products to enhance their digital presence.
  • Business Growth Supporter: Contribute to the expansion of our client base across EMEA by working towards individual and team goals.
  • ROI Maximizer: Use a consultative approach to provide strategic advice, ensuring businesses receive the best return on their advertising investment.
  • Excellence Maintainer: Meet assigned quotas while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proactive Communicator: Stay connected with clients through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and growth opportunities are maximized.

Candidates must possess

  • Language Skills: C1-level proficiency in Danish and good English skills (spoken and written).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: No prior experience required in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (B2B experience is beneficial).
  • Digital Marketing Interest: Strong desire to learn, grow, and make a difference in the tech industry.
  • Team Player: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

We offer a competitive salary range of €23,876-€30,000 gross per year, depending on experience, as well as a sales bonus up to €4,350 gross per year. The full-time position comes with a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work from our Barcelona office and remotely. A comprehensive relocation package is also included, which covers flight tickets, one month of accommodation, and assistance with private health insurance. Our company provides ongoing training and certifications in Google products, ensuring continuous learning and career growth.
