Senior Producer Event Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at Patriksson Group. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and technical staff, to achieve project objectives.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are optimized and that projects are delivered within budget.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative, production, and technical teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
- Relevant Experience: 4+ years of experience in creative production, including experience working with brands across categories, both locally and internationally.
- Education: Relevant postgraduate or professional degree within creative fields and/or project/production management.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for the creative industries.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Swedish and English.
