Job Description

Content Creation and Production

The Senior Producer will develop and produce innovative, high-quality content that aligns with the brand's attitudes, values, and quality standards. This includes identifying and developing new story angles for existing projects, genres, and recurring content opportunities. The Senior Producer will ensure that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements.

Storytelling and Narrative Development

As a Senior Producer, you will have an innate ability to tell great stories with video and a deep understanding of what makes exceptional storytelling. You will be responsible for developing and implementing traditional story arcs in various mediums, such as YouTube and TikTok. You will be curious and know what questions to ask to dive deeper and reveal the true substance of a story.

Partnership and Network Building

The Senior Producer will build and maintain a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers, and partners within the industry. You will work with top production partners and talent to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives. You will collaborate regularly with international Red Bull producers to ensure full transparency regarding project status and timelines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in content workflows and content delivery and management processes. You will have a strong background in high-end content production and proven experience in managing the delivery of video production projects. You will be an agile team player who knows how to get the work done, be adaptive, stay well-organized, motivated, and open-minded. Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are required.
