
Sales and Marketing Representative

Pareto is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers the chance to build a qualified pipeline, establish strong relationships, and contribute to our continued growth.
This position involves collaborating with marketing teams to identify and engage with potential leads. You will also be responsible for qualifying these leads, conducting high-volume prospecting, and attending marketing events to network with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and generate quality leads.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects through inbound and outbound channels.
- Prospecting and Engagement: Conduct high-volume prospecting and engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and large enterprise companies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with other businesses to expand our reach and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Results Focus: Maintain a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in outbound sales, preferably in software sales.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
- Success History: Proven track record of success in sales roles, particularly in software sales.
- Knowledge of SaaS Platforms: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and specifically CMS would be beneficial.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with sales technology, including CRM systems and email marketing tools.
- Independent Worker: Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
