Regional Business Development Manager: We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Uppland, Dalarna, GÄvleborg & North Stockholm regions. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling Stryker's Joint Replacement product portfolio, supporting the sales cycle of innovative Mako Robotics.

About the Job:
  • You will lead the development of strategic plans to achieve sales goals, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry or similar field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the medical technology industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
