About the Role

">

The role of Customer Success Representative involves providing exceptional customer service to our Danish customers via all inbound contact channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer errands, which can be broad and varied, such as technical support, questions about loan applications, or help with invoices. You will take full ownership of each errand and drive customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role will expose you to various aspects of our business, giving you insights into processes like Underwriting and Collections.

You will collaborate with colleagues in the team and other stakeholders to drive errand resolution. As we continue to grow and receive new banking licenses, you will also contribute to establishing new routines and ways of working both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer errands via phone, chat, and email

  • Take full ownership of errand resolution and customer-facing contact

  • Underwrite companies and provide support during the process

  • Contact customers to find solutions to late invoices

  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email

  • Fluent in both oral and written Danish and English

  • Previous experience in fintech and/or fast-growing companies is an asset
