  • Documenting and developing scalable quality control processes
  • Documenting and developing supplier quality assurance processes
  • Documenting and developing preventive quality processes
  • Overseeing and training root cause problem solving
  • Supporting other departments in process mapping
  • Collecting and analyzing quality data from suppliers and own processes
  • Coordinating and supervising daily quality work
  • Coordinating actions and root cause problem solving to ensure the uphold of mastery in our craft
  • Coordinating and supervising quality assurance of our suppliers
  • Supporting customer claims process
  • Running quality meetings
  • Ensuring that quality control instructions for craftsmen and technicians are up to date

**Requirements**

  • Master of Science within a relevant field
  • 5 years' experience in quality management work
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience setting up quality systems preferred
