About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Arla Foods. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our QEHS team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QEHS strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the QEHS team to achieve excellence in quality, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, customers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field such as food chemistry, microbiology, or environmental technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a QEHS role, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing QEHS teams to achieve excellence in quality, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
