Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and monitor internal risk and control frameworks in line with industry best practices, internal policies, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the analysis of operational risk incidents and drive corrective actions.
- Perform risk assessment and analysis activities, proposing appropriate mitigations.
- Design and communicate risk-related reports for different levels of the organization to improve transparency and drive decision-making.
- Continuously develop the Operational Risk framework in BA Markets.
- Support the team in developing Algorithmic trading control frameworks.
Requirements:
- Relevant financial, technical, or engineering degree or equivalent.
- Over 5 years' experience in Energy, financial companies, or similar.
- Good understanding of risk management frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of the Energy business and Energy Trading is an advantage.
- 2nd line of defense knowledge is an advantage.
