Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cloud Product Specialist to join our Core Banking team at Brite, a leading open banking-powered account-to-account payment provider. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our core business functionalities and ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in building high-volume transaction systems within cloud environments, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Take ownership of product requirements, drive technical decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience from a leading role in a product development environment, preferably in cloud platforms like GCP.
  • General knowledge about the payments industry or extensive experience from high-transaction environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, integrity, analytical skills, and ability to create buy-in around you.
  • A strong drive and interest in building great products, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
