We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Growth Manager to join our team at Doctrin AB. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and converting those opportunities into long-lasting customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for healthcare transformation and a proven track record in sales, business development, and change management. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor positioning, and market developments, and use this knowledge to tailor Doctrin's offerings to meet the specific needs of new business leads.

You will work closely with our Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Management teams to drive commercial success and meet organizational goals. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, building and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders, and conducting needs analysis and pitching Doctrin's platform to secure new business.
