Job Description
This role will be pivotal in establishing strategic and tactical Medical Affairs leadership in the region. As Head of Medical Affairs Nordics, you will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals to lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs and training.

Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing scientific literature to inform company strategy and consolidate actionable medical insights.
- Developing regional medical affairs goals and translating them into tactics for optimal scientific exchange.
- Managing KOL relationships and supporting faculty development activities.
- Supporting clinical research by identifying investigators, managing protocols, and reviewing study data. Collaborating with regulatory affairs for submissions and product approvals.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and reviewing promotional materials.

Requirements:
- Successful experience in medical affairs, scientific communications, and/or clinical research ideally within aesthetics.
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of combination product development and regulatory processes.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English with excellent communication skills.
