Enterprise Account Director Nordics

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our cutting-edge AI-powered platform across the Nordics region.
About the Job:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our organization and contribute to driving growth and revenue in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
Your primary responsibility will be to source and close net new logos within the Nordics territory. To achieve this, you will need to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business objectives, and showcase the value proposition of our cloud-based solutions.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in closing complex deals and navigating large enterprise environments. Your technical expertise and ability to adapt to changing market conditions will be essential in driving growth and revenue in this critical territory.
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of closing experience with direct field sales experience selling enterprise cloud software to largest EMEA companies
- Large Enterprise to Majors segment selling experience is a must
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products and adapt in fast-growing and changing environments
- Clear examples of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
- Effectively using repeatable methods for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out new territories
- Previous experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
- Previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
- This is a remote position; you will be based in the Nordics region and know the EMEA market, including its cultural nuances and business practices
