Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance and support to the Operations team, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with the VP Operations and Senior Director QARA to drive business decisions and strategies.
- Operational Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a strong finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field required; Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, CMA) and/or MBA strongly desired.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization, with a strong background in finance and operations.
- Skills: Excellent academic credentials, strong finance skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills.
