About the Position

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our SaaS customer management team in Stockholm. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, working independently but with the support of your team to manage daily sales activities and develop collaborations with existing customers.

In this role, you will take care of existing customers by supporting them to reach their business objectives with our software solutions. You will maintain regular contact with customers by phone and in sales meetings, expand collaboration by finding new opportunities and use-cases, and build long-term customer relationships and retain customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to gain customers' interest and provide inspiring value propositions. Fluency in Swedish is required for meaningful dialogues with customers, while relevant higher education or acquired business knowledge is preferred to understand various organisations and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Taking care of existing customers by supporting them to reach their business objectives with our software solutions
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers by phone and in sales meetings
  • Expanding collaboration by finding new opportunities and use-cases
  • Building long-term customer relationships and retaining customers
