We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Program Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of new Research & Development (R&D) features and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the definition of the roadmap for the development of new R&D features and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and requirements.
- Propose and maintain the detailed implementation plan for R&D programs, ensuring safety, quality, and customer orientation.
- Manage and control the development of R&D programs, ensuring timely delivery, cost management, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution and delivery.
- Drive Program Reviews to review operational execution and provide QCD reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and propose improvement action plans to enhance program efficiency and competitiveness.
- 5 years' experience in a management role, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
- Engineering Master's degree and/or Business School.
- Experience working in multi-national companies and diverse business cultures.
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site teams.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Experience in the field of railway or related industries.
- IPMA level C (or equivalent) certification.
