Perido söker en erfaren Senior Business Controller för en ledande roll inom ekonomi och affärskontroll hos en av våra kunder, ett stort och välkänt namn inom fordonsindustrin.

Tjänsten är en heltidstjänst belägen i Göteborg och erbjuder en unik möjlighet att arbeta med finansiell analys och affärskontroll i en dynamisk och utvecklande miljö.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
  1. Finansiell analys och vägledning: Ge finansiell vägledning och analys för att förbättra företagets resultat och identifiera mönster och ge rekommendationer för åtgärder.
  2. Budgetering och månadsanalyser: Aktivt delta i budgetering, månadsanalyser och gap-analys för att säkerställa korrekt och tidsenlig rapportering enligt finansiella riktlinjer.
  3. Rapportering och analys: Säkerställa korrekt och tidsenlig rapportering enligt finansiella riktlinjer och analysera data och nyckeltal för att identifiera mönster och ge rekommendationer för åtgärder.
  4. Finansiell expertis: Ge finansiell expertis i projekt och affärsfall och utföra ekonomisk forskning för att stödja affärsstrategier.
  5. Projektledning och coaching: Arbeta självständigt, hantera projekt och coacha kollegor och trivas med återkommande uppgifter, särskilt inom SAP-systemet och finansiella flöden.
Dina egenskaper

Som Senior Business Controller bör du ha stark analytisk förmåga och ett öga för detaljer. Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt och hantera komplexa problem, samtidigt som du har en naturlig fallenhet för att coacha och stötta andra. Ett proaktivt och lösningsorienterat tankesätt är viktigt, särskilt vid arbete med finansiella förbättringar och analyser. En god kommunikationsförmåga är också central, eftersom du ofta kommer att presentera finansiella insikter och ge rekommendationer till olika projekt och affärscase.

Kvalifikationer

För rollen som Senior Business Controller krävs minst fem års relevant erfarenhet inom ekonomisk analys och affärskontroll. Du bör ha starka kunskaper i finansiell analys, budgetering och rapportering, samt erfarenhet av att identifiera mönster och dra slutsatser baserat på data. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, hantera komplexa problem och leda projekt är avgörande, liksom erfarenhet av att coacha och granska arbete från andra. Det är också viktigt att du trivs med monotona uppgifter, särskilt arbete i SAP-systemet och förståelse för finansiella flöden. Erfarenhet av att bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar är en fördel.
