Group Business Controller to HQ

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Business Controller to join our finance team at Picadeli HQ. As the Group Business Controller, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Strategic Financial Insights: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Reporting: Experience in implementing and developing financial reporting tools such as PowerBI/QlikView.
- Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to provide actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
