Role Description

This position combines Virtual Reality (VR) expertise and business acumen to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VR development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
  • Training and Mentorship
    • Provide comprehensive training to users on VR software, ensuring they are proficient and confident.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and relevant documentation and training materials.
  • Project Delivery
    • Lead and participate in VR projects and system upgrades, utilizing expertise to deliver results-driven solutions.
    • Investigate business VR needs and develop tailored solutions, meeting stakeholder expectations.
    • Present VR capabilities to stakeholders, enhancing understanding and trust.
  • Infrastructure Support
    • Administer VR hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Source and procure new VR hardware and software, staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
    • Manage user licenses and access, maintaining a secure and controlled environment.
    • Resolve and manage support issues, providing prompt assistance and resolution.
