About The JobYou will be responsible for enabling commercial and relevant retail solutions across all customer meetings, through the unique IKEA way to present the offer. This includes developing guidelines and solutions for how the IKEA offer is presented across all digital and physical customer meeting points.
- Develop and engage a network of relevant competencies across the value chain to build and create the best possible Franchise offer.
- Initiate and lead the development of solution design within modular retail systems.
- Ensure omnichannel operational excellence for creating efficient and seamless customer experiences.
