Nordkalk AB is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our health and safety and management systems across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular system and physical audits on different Nordkalk sites to identify potential hazards and areas of improvement to enhance overall workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and management systems across various sites.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in the industry sector with a solid understanding of health and safety and quality management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent English competence.
- A good grasp of management system certifications.
- A valid driving license and readiness for regular travel to all Nordkalk countries.
