About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Champion for Electric Vehicles to join our team at Minnovation International AB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers in our store to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the sales and delivery process.
  • Offer best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients.
  • Maintain close contact with customers through active pipeline management, driving sales with a long-term focus.
  • Meet or exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), while keeping our store, back office, and test drive vehicles in perfect condition.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to support business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven history of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Share a passion for sustainable transportation solutions and be committed to promoting eco-friendly options.
  • Be flexible, with a talent for finding solutions and a drive to learn about our customers, products, and processes.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment while also producing results independently.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers is essential, along with a positive energy to bring to work every day.
  • A sales background is a bonus but not a requirement, and a valid driver's license is necessary for the role.
