About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our R&D team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the electrical components for our next-generation heat pumps. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing electrical solutions for new heat pump products
  • Creating and testing prototypes in our in-house lab to rapidly verify ideas
  • Ensuring products meet compliance with industry standards and directives
  • Collaborating with external suppliers to align on component specifications
  • Preparing technical documentation and supporting the transition to full-scale production
  • Driving the development process from concept to commercial launch
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least three to five years of work experience within electrical engineering product development
  • Familiarity with the specification, calculation, design, and testing of products and components in a mass-production setting
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Knowledge within the heat pump industry, Machinery directive, as well as Safety Standards for Household Appliances is a merit
