About the Role:

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in your assigned territory by establishing strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to drive sales and growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
