About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at TNG Group AB in Stockholm. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order flow by booking and releasing sales orders for the sales organization
  • Send quotes (enter into CRM)
  • Update sales orders (update in CRM)
  • Backlog End of Life (EOL) - support customers in making the right purchase
Requirements
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems
  • Experience in working with export-controlled materials
  • Ability to review license documents and send American license applications
  • Ability to handle order processes in a meticulous and structured manner
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
