Repair and Calibration Expert Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Repair and Calibration Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As a Repair and Calibration Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in Sweden. You will troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical products, complete annual checks and calibration according to MDR, and utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information.

Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical products
* Complete annual checks and calibration according to MDR on customer sites
* Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information
* Assist the regulatory affairs department/customer to action product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices
* Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance
* Support the installation of Stryker systems on customer sites
* Perform software and hardware upgrades
* Efficiently and thoroughly document service activities for internal and external reference
* Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
* Provide technical support to internal and external customers

Requirements
* Educational background in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, or Software
* Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish (technical and medical)
* Good level of English to understand training and manuals, in writing and speaking
* Adequate IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook)
* Full Driver's license
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers to drive brand loyalty
