Key Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales service for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis tasks as well as service, maintenance, repairs, and network integrations.

  • Act as the technical face of Brainlab to customers, communicating efficiently and responding to their needs.

  • Install systems for customers in your region and conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services.

  • Integrate and troubleshoot complex software solutions in hospital environments remotely or on-site.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide full service satisfaction to clients and make them familiar with Brainlab products.
