Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Communications Lead to join our team at TN Sweden. This role is responsible for developing and executing a communication strategy that supports the business objectives of our Business Area (BA) Generation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in both internal and external communication, including experience in a managerial position. They will be a strong communicator with the ability to translate business needs into clear, engaging, and effective communication strategies, stories, and activities.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly shift between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Swedish languages, and have a university degree in Communications, Political Science, Business, or another relevant topic.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing a communication plan for BA Generation in collaboration with the Business Area and communication experts from Media Relations, Brand, Public & Regulatory Affairs, and Project Management teams.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President and the BA Generation management team, providing both high-level counsel and hands-on support on all internal and external communication matters.

The Required Skills and Qualifications for this role include:

  • A university degree in Communications, Political Science, Business, or another relevant topic.
  • Extensive experience (min. 7 years) in both internal and external communication, including experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience working in an international environment across several markets. Ideally, experience with different disciplines of communication.
