Your Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Juni, you will play a pivotal role in driving product and customer insights. Your responsibilities include ensuring that our product positioning, value propositions, competitor insights, market trends, product launches, and sales enablement are strategically aligned and impactful. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Commercial, and Communications teams, requiring a blend of creative, strategic, and tactical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders within Product, Commercial, and Communications.
  • Own end-to-end launches of new products and key features, defining a tailored messaging strategy and delivering it to the team at Juni and our customers.
  • Within 1 Month: Successfully onboard and gain a comprehensive understanding of Juni's product suite, positioning, and messaging; Establish strong relationships with product managers and marketing team stakeholders.
  • Within 3 Months: Develop advanced competitive positioning and feature-level comparisons for established and emerging competitors in the market; Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to create assets and deliver integrated product marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels; Extract insights from our community of customers and apply them to Product Marketing practices; Lead your first major product launch.
  • Within 6 Months: Deliver best-in-class product marketing for product releases and demonstrate the successful impact they have had; Conduct your first internal training session for stakeholders; Drive optimization and automation in marketing with the Marketing and RevOps teams.

Tooling

We use various tools to ensure smooth collaboration and efficiency, including Slack, G-suite, Miro, Asana, Linear, Intercom, and Figma.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a B2B role (sales, marketing, product).
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally between teams.
  • A strong inclination towards data-driven decisions.
