About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our implementation project and service team, you will be responsible for servicing and implementing Patient Monitoring solutions at customer sites.

The majority of this position is targeted geographically within specific regions, but as a natural part of the service organization, travel outside these areas will be required; consequently, willingness to travel is necessary for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Install, deploy, service, and/or integrate patient monitoring hardware and software solutions.

  • Configure, maintain, and test our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center.

  • Take responsibility for the whole implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live, and handover.

  • Manage detailed quality documentation in accordance with medical directive standards.

Requirements
  • Relevant working experience with DICOM, HL7, and Hospital Communication standards.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related working experience with medical devices and understanding the special character of working in hospitals is preferable.

  • A strong interest and affinity for IT solutions, including knowledge of networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server) is preferable.

  • Self-motivated, task-oriented team player who is persistent in achieving set goals.

  • A highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of own projects.

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
