About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of operational activities across 4 key markets in the Nordics. As a key member of our Nordic Brand Team, you will be responsible for developing a robust brand strategy for our gastroenterology product, driving product awareness, increasing market shares, and achieving sales targets through strategic brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns tailored to Nordic healthcare professionals, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Manage costs, e.g., advertisement and promotional budget in line with the overall product budget
  • Lead project-based brand teams with monthly check-ins, ensuring that activities are being carried out across the different areas, e.g., sales, commercial excellence, and general management
  • Facilitate the planning of cross-country business-driving projects and support the Key Account Managers in execution as an active member of the local KAM teams
  • Drive the adoption of global strategies, including creating new marketing materials in collaboration with our marketing coordinator
  • Ensure local compliance with Nordic legislation
  • Create and deploy digital/omnichannel marketing tactics to support our Key Account Managers in engaging with different segments of healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • A degree in business or science combined with 3+ years of experience from a commercial organization – preferably in the pharma industry
  • A proven track record of creating and launching digital/omnichannel campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and relevant legislation in the Nordic countries, particularly Sweden
  • Strong communication skills – you are fluent in English and preferably speak and write at least one of the Nordic languages
