About the Opportunity
Instabox is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most valuable merchants within e-commerce, driving revenue and profitability growth.
You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet clients' changing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience from logistics and/or e-commerce (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving targets and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
