Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Controller - Industrial Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the industrial division, including budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of the industrial division's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance results, identify issues and proactively initiate analyses and solutions.
  • Support the analytical needs of the industrial division manager, industrial division staff, manager of cost analysis, and business unit controller by realizing punctual financial studies aiming at optimizing costs and/or processes.
  • Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory, improve inventory controls, reduce inventory losses.

Requirements
  • Strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting, controlling, cash management principles.
  • Familiarity with BI systems and data analysis.
