The Plant Controllers is in charge of all plant related financial tasks and acts as a business partner to plant management. He/she works to achieve business objectives by challenging financial performance, identifying improvements, and proactively initiating analyses and solutions to business issues. He/she is in charge of preparing financials aspect of forecasts (plan, budget, and rolling forecasts) of the plant. Further, he/she assists in maintaining a proper internal control environment in partnership with the plant manager.

1. Act as a business partner with management and executives to achieve the business objectives by:
2. Build the industrial dashboards and ensure accuracy of performance indicators.
3. Challenge financial performance results; identifying issues and proactively initiate analyses, solutions to business issues.
4. Support the analytical needs of the plant manager, plant staff, manager of cost analysis, and business unit controller by realizing punctual financial studies aiming at optimizing costs and/or processes.
5. Closely monitor quality of operating working capital elements and propose levers to improve and mitigate risks.
6. Take part in plant projects such as World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and compute/validate benefits.
7. Prepare and evaluate pay-back analysis of industrial projects, monitor completion and respect of budget, proceed to post-realization audits.
8. Design and maintain standard cost of the plant.
9. Ensure quality of financial information in both accounting and analytical aspects.
10. In cooperation with accounting department / Shared Service Centers, manage the timely completion closing, evaluate or validate accruals or provisions to ensure correct economical valuation of P&L and Balance Sheet.
11. Prepare all post-closing financial and production cost variance analysis, performance reports and meaningful commentary for correct interpretation of industrial activity.
12. Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory, improve inventory controls, reduce inventory losses.
13. Prepare the plan, budget and forecasts of the plant in coordination with the Head of controlling of his activity and the local management.
14. Key-user for analytical module of entity's ERP and ensure correct design of business flows in the systems.
15. Ensure the proper internal control environment is maintained in partnership with the plant manager, enforce group's policies.
16. Ensure proper industrial reporting for the Group.

• Familiar with BI systems, able to collect information, organize it, and present it in a logical and concise form.
• Knowledge in efficient data analysis and planning.
• High skilled in Excel.
• SAP.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge in WCM is a plus.
