Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead the entire team on the sales floor, be the first point of contact in personnel matters, and motivate and support all team members.
  • Ensure that the team is aware of their responsibilities and is working effectively towards common goals.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide customers with excellent levels of customer service.
  • Support and deal with customer complaints and inquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
  • Ensure the personal appearance of the sales team is in line with company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
