Job Overview

This role is a key position within our Flight Operations and Training Department, requiring a skilled professional to work closely with customers and be responsible for training and evaluating flight crew members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Special Mission Operations and hold relevant qualifications such as EASA ATPL or CPL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure pilots are proficient in operating Saab Special Mission Aircraft.
  • Conduct simulator sessions, aircraft flight training, ground school training, assess crew performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Carry out corporate flight under our AOC, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide on-site pilot advisory support for customers, developing operational manuals and producing courseware as required.
Requirements
  • EASA ATPL or CPL qualification.
  • 3000 hours minimum flight experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact respectfully and professionally with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
